STOCK CHECK!

Although we try to keep all of these fish in stock all the time, it is always possible that someone else has beaten you to it and we've run out.  If this happens, we'll let you know and you can decide whether to wait for new stock to arrive, choose another type instead or cancel your order.  Check our latest Fish in Stock list here before you order.

Livestock Guarantee

All of our livestock has been quarantined and thoroughly health-checked before being offered for sale.  We offer a 48 hour guarantee and in the unfortunate event of you losing a purchased fish, we will refund or replace once we have tested your water to ensure the cause of death wasn't environmental.  We are not able to offer refund or replacements after the 48 hours or without a water test except in exceptional circumstances or by prior arrangement.
