COVID-19 Safe Shopping

Responding to the latest lockdown situation we find ourselves in (where we are allowed to be open and trading for essentials but not encouraging unnecessary browsing and mingling) we are ramping-up our local delivery service to include live fish and plants.  Deliveries are usually done on a Thursday and the £5 delivery charge can include anything you want at the same time at no extra delivery cost.  Delivery is FREE if you spend over £50.

We want to be sure our livestock reaches you in the best of health with minimal stress, so we offer a tailored  Covid-secure delivery service within the Harrogate, Knaresborough and Wetherby area.  Once you place your order, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for your fish order to be hand-delivered by our Priority Live service.  Your fish will be carefully selected and safely bagged for transport in insulated containers as appropriate for the weather conditions.  We will give full instructions on how to settle them in safely.

Livestock Guarantee

All of our livestock has been quarantined and thoroughly health-checked before being offered for sale.  We offer a 48 hour guarantee and in the unfortunate event of you losing a purchased fish, we will refund or replace once we have tested your water to ensure the cause of death wasn't environmental.  We are not able to offer refund or replacements after the 48 hours or without a water test except in exceptional circumstances or by prior arrangement.
