The OASE BioMaster filters are quiet, powerful and efficient internal aquarium filters, suitable for freshwater and marine tanks.  Robust, low wattage and supplied complete with media, each filter can be retrofitted with a heater at a later date or purchased complete with an integrated heater as a Thermo model.  The hose connections have a quick-release valve so you can move the whole filter out for maintenance without worrying about dripping nozzles.  Arguably the best bit is the easy-access pre-filter pod that lets you flush out waste without having to dismantle the whole cannister - genius!

The filter media is a combination of ceramic media a simple filter foams which will last many months, so you're not tied into buying monthly consumables as you would be with many other brands. Optional carbon foam upgrade for absorbing chemical impurities.
